It is no secret that the number of visitors to the Wonderland of Lights is in a downward spiral and the committee is looking for ways to turn this around. For weeks rumors about an Adhoc Committee, code name Spice-it-up has been floating about town. It is rumored they have been working on a proposal that will bring new life and light to the event.
