Jefferson: The Pulpwood Queens Labor Day Weekend Plans
Jefferson, Texas Due to the fact we have so many hurricane victims here in Jefferson and the surrounding area this Labor Day Weekend, Beauty and the Book and the Pulpwood Queens have decided we needed to do something. Besides collecting supplies for basic needs, we would like to invite everyone to come listen to some good stories. We offer our porch to come and listen to the power of a good read aloud, picture books for the children, and good stories for kids at heart. Bring your families, for those that live around here bring some extra lawn chairs. We will provide refreshments for all and hope that these stories will be a comfort to you when our neighbors have had such a terrible tragedy and affecting some of you so personally.
Tiara wearing, book bearing, and prayer sharing, The Pulpwood Queens host this Labor Day Weekend, FRONT PORCH STORIES FREE STORYHOURS FOR KIDS and KIDS AT HEART!! At Beauty and the Book 210 West Austin Jefferson , Texas September 3rd September 4th September 5th Refreshments for the kids following storytime provided by The Pulpwood Queens Book Clubs where tiaras are mandatory and reading good books is the RULE!
