Ms. Adams said that she was excited to hear that Billy Bob was back in the area and working for East Texas Towns Online (ETTO). She said just thinking of Billy Bob brings back so many old memories.

In her first telephone call to Billy Bob, Ms. Adams learned so many interesting things about his life. She said she did not know that he was in the military but Billy Bob told her that he had served time. She said that she remembered that he was a good singer in grade school but did not know that he now works in the recording industry. She said that he told her that he had a record.

Ms. Adams continued, “His military and entertainment experience will make him a valuable member of our team. It is hard to find people with both organizational skills and creative talent. We all look forward to working with Billy Bob.”

On a personal note, Ms. Adams said she still remembers the year that Billy Bob and she rang the bell for the Salvation Army. She said, “Here we are, years later, working together on another Christmas project.”

Mr. Ray could not be reached for comment. He is reported to currently be working on the Pine Pole Health and Entertainment Facility, which is scheduled to open in Marshall later this year.

Ms. Adams did say that Mr. Ray does plan on attending the “D’Lights of Ennis Gala” which is scheduled for September 24. She said she is delighted that he has agreed to serve in an advisory role.
