Ecotourism is far more lucrative thus more important to Karnack and the Caddo area than industry.

Caddo Lake is a Texas and National treasure. It would be criminal to allow this beautiful unique gift from God to be ravished. We should consider ourselves stewards to protect and care for it for future generations. If mankind allows this nation to become industrialized completely, there will be no natural resources to furnish material to support mankind and industry. If our future generations know nothing but city life and industry, who will furnish our food, water, houses, heat, and other necessities. Furthermore, how can these future generations be allowed the right to the pursuit of happiness?

It seems far too many of our neighbors have allowed themselves to believe they profess Christianity while making their God Wealth and Power.
