Marshall Development Downtown Corp. board members Thursday discussed progress on The Marshall and proposed condominium ownership on the structure's upper floors.

MDDC counsel Richard Anderson said the following construction has been completed on the former Hotel Marshall property, as follows:

Duct work is 50 percent complete;

Plumbing is a little more than 50 percent complete;

Exterior cleaning is 100 percent complete;

Windows will be completed by July 31;

The skylight has been installed;

Currently, 66,000 pounds of Spanish roof tile has been delivered and is being stored in the hotel, and now the heavy loads must be taken all the way to the top.
