The Lees experience as owners of a Victorian cottage restaurant, west of Houston , where Susan served as chef, was their first venture in public hospitality. The Lees friendly, warm, and entertaining personalities have been a big part of their success in dealing with the public. Susan's experience as chef at the Country Cottage as well as her charming manner make her an excellent hostess. Grady's experience as a chuck wagon cook and professional musician add to his abilities as a host. Grady and Susan have dreamed of owning and operating a country inn and now with the opening of the High Cotton Inn their dreams have come true.
