Mr. Ray revealed that the complete name of the story that he was working on when he received his injuries was Bare Babes in Bars. He said that he had done a significant amount of data gathering before being injured. He now considers himself a subject matter expert and qualified to sever as an expert witness. He said he is willing to address the Commission on this subject schedule permitting.
