Oscar Polk, Eastman's operations recruiting coordinator, said the focus of the internship program is to introduce students to process technology careers.

"If they want to pursue that at a two-year school, we'll pay their tuition and fees for the fall," he said, noting the two year school either has to be Texas State Technical College in Marshall or Waco or Lamar Institute of Technologies in Beaumont.
