The last paragraph of the Eagle article reads:

“The City Commissioners, most of whom understand the role MEDCO plays in the accelerated growth in Marshall, are pleased with its performance. There may be probably one or two, who will, for political reasons, say otherwise. The directors are all unpaid volunteers, giving dozens of their hours each month to MEDCO, who endure much grief in discharging their responsibilities --- from folks like Mr. Munden, who just don’t seem to get the picture --- or have some political axe to grind.
