Although the main organizations that sponsored Marshall's Fourth of July celebration have dropped out, Marshall may still have an official celebration. City commissioner Bryan Partee, local singer Grady Lee and Economic Restructuring Committee Chairman, Henry Bradbury have ideas and are looking for private and organizational volunteers to help. "I don't think the three of us will be able to pull it off alone," Partee said. "This is for the community and I hope the community will get involved.
