Opinion: My Final Thoughts on the Election -- For Today
Only in Marshall could a candidate:
* refuse to give interviews to the newspaper or radio station and
* run on a record that most people would run away from
be elected to the city commission. It shows that the entrenched well-oiled Mail-in Vote Machine is still in place and operational.

To Mr. Williams I say:
Congratulations – you have earned a place in the public spotlight for another two years.
