Downtown Park Enters Phase I
On Saturday morning marked the ground-breaking for this new park. The planning for the project has been underway for about 6 months. About 20 members of the Marshall Rotary braved the rain as they prepared the ground of planting. Take a good at the project as it progresses. The park is located on Washington Street just North of the Square.
