City's downtown clean up down to nitty-gritty

Excitement was in the air at the Marshall Downtown Association's board meeting as their plans for the big spring clean-up are getting down to the nitty-gritty details.
Members of the board met Tuesday night to find out exactly how they're going to run this event on Saturday, April 16, which they hope to make annual or bi-annual.
