Program aims to teach rules of the road

Driver's licenses and permits may give teenagers rights to the highway. But sometimes, as soon as driver's education ends, the nightmares begin.
In an effort to bring awareness about highway safety, PTA is hosting a free program "Road Rules: What Every Parent Should Know" in the Marshall High School library Tuesday from 6 to 7 p.m. for teens and their parents.
