Opinion: We need to change the methodology of dispute resolution on water issue

For those of you that did not attend the League of Women Voters meeting last night, I spoke on Water and Industrial Development. While today's MNM featured a topic in the presentation, it did not convey the key message of the presentation - which was: Based on what is at stake and the "success" to date of the litigation approach, there is a real need to change the methodology of dispute resolution - and identify a cooperative process/methodology that both entities can work within. We cannot afford not to. -Henry Bradbury
