Water issues: Bradbury addresses League of Women Voters
The city of Marshall has spent about $400,000 on legal costs associated with its request for a industrial use permit amendment and none of the litigation was necessary, environmental manager Henry Bradbury said at a local League of Women Voters meeting Thursday.
The litigation has cost Marshall residents from $16 to $20 each, said Bradbury, a Marshall native.
