Latest round of Hotel Marshall bids promising

Bids for the Hotel Marshall renovation were opened Wednesday at Marshall City Hall and "looked promising," but final results will not be released until Monday, according to Richard Anderson, spokesman for the Marshall Downtown Development Corp.
C2 Construction of Dallas, the project construction manager, must examine the bids and make sure they conform to renovation specifications, he said, explaining that the specifications book weighs 5 pounds.
