Local artist takes 'Best in Show'

Local artist Mary Norvell reached a peak in her career recently when she won the Hoover Watercolor Society "Best of Show" award in Shreveport.
The spring juried show was judged last Monday at the East Bank Gallery in the Bossier Community Center in Shreveport-Bossier. -3/13-
