Ray Lawson named Citizen of Year

Optimism ruled the evening as 2004's Outstanding Citizen of the Year was named at Marshall's 91st Annual Chamber of Commerce and Membership Banquet Monday evening.
Chosen for the honor was Ray Lawson, past president of both the Marshall Optimist Club and Marshall Rotary Club and a lifetime member of Optimist International. He accepted the prestigious award with his wife, Mona, at his side. -3/9-
