Downtown association prepares for clean up day

After a year-and-a-half of planning, members of Marshall's Downtown Association attended a meeting Tuesday night that addressed the upcoming completion of their labors.
"In the next few weeks, the projects we have been working on will start to materialize and we'll begin to see the results of all our hard work," said Jim Bates, chairman of the organization. -2/23-
