KCUL moves to Hispanic format
Marshall's oldies radio station KCUL 92.3 FM will be switching to a Hispanic format in the coming week, according to the station's general manager Cary Camp.
The switch-over is a result of KCUL's owner, New York-based broadcasting company Access.1 Communications, completing its $26 million purchase of five East Texas radio stations from Waller Broadcasting of Jacksonville, he said. -2/23-
