Rural Texas Arts for All is a grassroots organization striving to build a Visual and Performing Arts Center/Folkschool in Jefferson, Texas. Our goal is to offer workshops and classes in everything from Shakespearean Theater to glassblowing, for the residents and visitors of the Ark-La-Tex.
