Venue 105 executive chef, Keith Mierop and sous chef, Eric Welsh travel to Europe during their week off January 1 January 9, to refuel their culinary passions. Executive Chef Keith Mierop who has been with Venue 105 since opening in October, 2003 recently traveled to his wifes homeland with his sous chef to stoke his passion for creating and cooking.
