Several have suggested that the fact that Commissioner Alonza Williams took a sneak look at Commissioner Ed Smith’s ballot might increase the probability. I guess they are right.

I think a more interesting question is why these four commissioners decided to by-pass the individuals that fought to have the Image Board established and selected people that never attended a meeting on the subject, never publicly expressed an interest in the mission of the Board and – with the exception of Tom Allin – did not attend the City Commission meeting.
