AEP says grant was already allocated; available soon

An AEP/SWEPCO representative said Tuesday that a grant for Caddo Lake improvements has been allocated and will be "forthcoming within the next few weeks." Scott McCloud, communications consultant for the utility company, said he checked on the grant's status after reading recent news reports of the controversy regarding reappointment of Paul Fortune to the Cypress Valley Navigation District.
