Marshall: Celebration Preparation -- Some Street Will Be Closed

Several streets will be blocked off for the "Light Up the New Year" 2005 celebration Friday night, according to Captain John Best of Marshall Police Department.
Streets that will be blocked off include South Washington at Bowie Street, Bolivar at Bowie just north of Houston Street, Houston at Lafayette and Wellington Streets (east of the intersection), North Washington Avenue on both sides of Austin and Rusk Streets, Houston (east bound) at Washington.
