THE KNOWMADS TO OPEN FREE NEW YEARS EVE SHOW DOWNTOWN

Visitors to downtown Marshall for New Years Eve will be treated to a free concert featuring one of the hottest young bands in the ArkLaTex, Marshalls own The Knowmads. The Knowmads begin playing at 8 PM and will be followed at 9:30 PM by Shreveport blues group AJ & the Two Tone Blues Band. There is no charge to attend the show, which will be staged at the corner of Rusk and Washington streets, near the Weismann Center. A section of North Washington will be blocked off for foot traffic only on New Years Eve.
