Marshall: Local residents offer various solutions to cleaning up the city
About 16 people concerned about litter and trash attended a Monday night meeting, at Marshall City Hall, convened to brainstorm solutions to the problem.

And they had plenty of solutions.

Sandy Dunham told Commissioners Bryan Partee and Ed Carlile, who hosted the meeting, that misdemeanor offenders should be forced to clean up trashy areas and wear orange vests that proclaim "your tax dollars at work."
