The question is: Is "better" enough?

Some residents don't think so and the city — and all its residents — ought to listen to those objections. The problem is made more noticeable because of all the improvements that are being made in Marshall, new businesses, downtown work, additions to other businesses. All this makes existing conditions stand out more readily.
