It has been announced that the City of Marshall will contract with an Agency (Fee-based) Construction Management firm to manage the new Police and new Fire Stations. Having been the on-site executive in charge or director or construction manager of over $1 Billion in agency construction management between the mid 1980's and early 2000's I know the money that a professional construction management team can save an Owner; especially a governmental Owner.
