A dream is coming true for people in Richardson, Texas. I wish it were here in Marshall. As of July 1 an ordinance goes into effect that will remove boats, trailers, motor homes and personal watercraft from the streets and out of sight. We have codes on the books but they are not being enforced so one can see cars, boats and trailers on sidewalks and in front yards.

Yes I understand property rights but the "I can do what the hell I want - it is mine" does not fly. This area has a problem with being neat and some of the population does not understand how their junk is an eyesore.
