KILGORE -- Sidewalks, street lights and affordable housing were just a few of many things that about 20 Kilgore residents said they would like to see added to the city in the next three to five years at the master plan Ideas Workshop Thursday.

Residents gathered at City Hall to tell representatives of Planning Concepts, the urban planning company hired to help plan Kilgore's development, their ideas for the future of the city.
