Residents Vent

A small group of Marshall residents meeting at city hall Wednesday aired their outrage at Marshall's littering situation, lack of code enforcement and the large number of houses left abandoned to the elements. The eight residents were attending a beautification forum hosted by City Commissioners Bryan Partee, Katie Jones and Ed Carlile. Most of the group offered ideas to help remedy the situation, but also seemed eager to share their horror stories.
