Mark Merrill – I remember that name … oh yes! … he is the guy that ran the unsuccessful smear campaign against Brian Partee in the last City Commission race. Mark is a companionate individual and it is reflected in his work. He has worked tirelessly to protect Marshall’s water even though he lives in Ft. Worth.

Mark does not live in Marshall although he sometime uses a Marshall address – he does have friends here and has received funding from them to support his work(see Commissioner Partee’s web site).

Since Mark last received press coverage in Marshall, he has changed media. He now works with paint on canvas instead of bull…. on paper. The world is truly becoming a better place.
