We have all waited for months and with great anticipation to hear Destination Developments Brand for Marshall. The announcement of Marshall, Center Stage, was made last Thursday evening to a crowd of almost 200 participants. It was well received by most everyone and highly covered on the Front Page of Friday's Marshall News Messenger and here on East Texas Towns on Line. Emails were flying and everyone was talking and meeting, and "Center Stage" was the talk of the town. I have been amused for months over the Chamber President standing up before the city commission meeting saying, "we are all about tourism," when my feeling was and continues to be that they should be "all about their members."
