By ERICA FACER, News Messenger Backyard gardeners looking for the opportunity to partake in an important planting project are invited to Marshall City Park this weekend to help fill the now empty flower beds. City Park is ready for Saturday's planting, according to Parks and Recreation Director Jack Redmon. "We sure are, we are ready," he said.
