Tourism Task Force Addresses Destination Developments Findings and Suggestions

A recent editorial in the Lone Star Eagle titled "The Tourism Task Force needs to get back on track" was inspiring. The Task Force is now developing a project plan to address the 52 suggestions included in Destination Development's November report. In fact, the LSE editorial was so inspiring that the Task Force began working on the project plan about two weeks before the article appeared in the LSE. The intent of this effort is to review Destination Developments document and develop action items to address each of the 52 suggestions. All members of the Steering Committee are working hard on this task and we expect to complete developing the list in about four weeks.
