April 24th, 7:00 p.m., The Pulpwood Queens invite you to an Evening with Rue McClanahan, to showcase Rue and her new memoir, My First Five Husbands&and the Ones Who Got Away at Beauty and the Book in Jefferson, Texas. Rue is a nationally acclaimed television and stage actress who is best known for her starring, Emmy Award-winning role on the widely popular "Golden Girls" television show. The Pulpwood Queens will also be presenting, by request from Rue herself, a skit, "The Pulpwood Gals," our East Texas Rendition of the "Golden Girls". Pulpwood Queens starring will be Carol Lancaster, Pam McGregor, Kathy L. Patrick and Timber Guy Fred McKenzie. Refreshments will be served by The Pulpwood Queens.
