But the U.S. Army Top Fuel Dragster works hard for the money, as its capability of reaching 100 mph in 0.8 seconds is one of the factors that has led to the victories of its driver, Tony "The Sarge" Schumacher in various NHRA races.
A replica of the dragster, minus the driver, made a pit stop at Technical State Technical College - Marshall Wednesday, promoting the race car's next challenge the NHRA Summitracing.com Nationals in Las Vegas. The afternoon event was broadcast on KMHT-FM Radio and 106.9 FM The Blaze.
