What could have been a horrible week turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

With no warning the offices of EastTexasTownsOnline.com and East Texas Connection Magazine found it necessary to vacate office space. At 8am on Friday morning, I was wading through water disconnecting all computers and electronic equipment. By 5:30 the same day, the first computer was hooked up and operational at the Center for Applied Technology.

This could not have been accomplished without the extraordinary effort, and quick action on the part of CAT Center manager, Gay Hobbs. MEDCO Executive Director, Cliff Todd, and his Executive Assistant Brandie Jones, were helpful as well. We would also like to thank Vince Godinich for connecting our computers to the local area network with no down time.
