OUTTEN -- Marshall News Messenger Tuesday's torrential thunderstorms let loose almost four inches of rain on Marshall, though the subsequent flooding did not cause lasting damage to the city or the county's roadways, officials confirmed Wednesday. And if anything, the downpour helped the Caddo Lake area because "we're always happy when it gets a lot of new water," said Greater Caddo Lake Association member Jack Canson.
