Kelly Mills named Miss ETBU

Kelly Mills of Marshall was selected Saturday as Miss ETBU, after competing against 11 other contestants for the title. Ms. Mills, a junior pursuing a degree in theater arts and mass communication, was crowned during the 51st annual pageant by last year's winner, Neely Floyd of Keller. ETBU President Dr. Bob E. Riley bestowed the honor on Ms. Mills, who represented Alpha Psi Omega in the event.
