Well it looks like it will happen. Historic house "A" will be torn down while burnt-out house "B" will remain an eyesore three years after the fire that destroyed it.

According to Mr. Grady Lee the City can't figure out how to get house "B" torn down while the Trinity Episcopal Church people are about to tear down the historic Pelz house across the street from the church. The church plans to replace it with a parking lot.
