Community leaders credit Quinton B. Carlile, businessman and dedicated community supporter, with greatly enhancing Marshall's quality of life. He died Tuesday at the age of 82.
"A loving and generous family has lost its patriarch," said Harrison County Judge Richard Anderson. "He and his wife, Mildred, were responsible for many charitable contributions and humanitarian efforts throughout the community. He will be dearly missed," Anderson added.
