Know someone who has a way of getting things done?

The Greater Marshall Chamber of Commerce is asking members to nominate a fellow member for its Movers and Shakers 2007 award.

Movers and Shakers is a new recognition for this year's chamber banquet that will be awarded to someone that is making things happen now. The Outstanding Citizen of the Year, which will also be presented at the banquet, recognizes a person with a long history of service to the community.

"There are so many people doing so many things we wanted to expand the recognition," said Connie Ware, president and chief executive officer of the chamber. "There are a lot of people (in Marshall) with a lot of personality."
