It's Mardi Gras time in the historic riverport of Jefferson and the excitement has captured the attention of KTBS Channel 3.

Rick Rowe will broadcast live in Jefferson, Thursday, February 16 during the early morning broadcast of "50 Cities in 50 Weeks" highlighting this year's Mardi Gras celebration.
