Our Frank's reasoning became crystal clear on Thursday, at Destination Development's Branding meeting. Destination Development's President Roger Brooks said, "Marshall's Main Street program is under-funded and ineffective."

Many people have pointed out that Mr. Bradbury has been very effective on the board. Even a guy from the state Main Street Program said he was one of the top three Economic Restructuring Chairs in the state. Aside from that not much else has been accomplished by the Main Street Board.

Now you see Mr. Johnson's visionary thinking. The last thing he wants on a board that has been characterized by a recognized consulting firm as "ineffective" is a person that has been characterized as being "effective".
