Please look at pictures of the square! Lights are out, lines are sagging, and it just looks tacky. The city budget is stressed and we have zero need to bail out this mis-managed organization. The Marshall City Commission needs to take a firm stand and say NO to more money or let the loan ride.

Four city commissioners are up for re-election in May, and they need to think of their constituents. Put tears aside and say, "enough is enough, the party's over!"
