Marshall Economic Development Corporation Board members unanimously approved the the Oath of Office for new members Richard Turner and Bill Marshall Wednesday in the board's first meeting of the year.

Turner, an American Electric Power/Southwestern Electric Power Company engineer and Marshall, president of Electrotechnics Corp. (Eltec), were sworn in at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Center for Applied Technology. The Oath of Office was issued by board member Barron Neal.
