Lots of Sizzling and Hissing

2000+ degrees when we opened the kiln - with very insulated gloves and tongs we put into a metal trash can with sawdust, took outside and put shredded paper on top and it burst into flames...smothered the flame several times to create oxidation, then dropped into another can full of water - lots of sizzling and hissing - TA-DA!! Thank you all for indulging my creativity and allowing me to share it with you. Merry Christmas!
